Planning Objections & Appeal Services
Urban Forestry Group supplies a planning objections and appeal service by providing written representations and statements detailing the grounds of objection and appeal for consent to cut down or carry out work on protected trees; that are subject to statutory protection or are the subject of an objection to a neighbouring planning proposal.
You might be concerned as to the impact of a planning proposal on the local environment and require representation as an action group or objector?
Urban Forestry Group investigates the planning application and associated planning policy; considers any positive amendments or modifications using the appropriate guidelines and presents a logical set of researched planning statements based on site conditions and the relevant guidelines.
We provide the necessary technical drawings and cross referenced site information as required by the objection process or appeal form in view of the planning decision.
In some cases the planning inspectorate may suggest that the inquiry is carried out in a formal framework known as 'Informal Hearing', involving a 'round the table' discussion between parties under the control of the Inspector. Working alongside a legal representative Urban Forestry Group can assist in producing a Statement of Case.
If you are intent on conducting your own case, you are advised to seek legal advice before proceeding.
