Landscape Management Plans

To support the landscape design proposal Urban Forestry Group recommends including as a minimum requirement; a three year landscape and management plan'. A three year landscape and management plan assists the landscape design proposal in achieving planning approval as a sustainable commitment in landscape character improvement managed over the long term.

Urban Forestry Group has already undertaken the majority of this work for you by developing a landscape management template. This template includes:

Any special considerations of watercourses, ponds, habitat and bio-diversity
Details the requirements for each management year
Incorporates grass cutting and weed control
It provides specifications for contractor pricing
Providing tree management needs
The site aims and objectives

Landscape management plans are included as a word document imported directly on to the landscape design site plan for easy reference and management.
