As an aid to assist the requirements of environmental impact assessment and environmental planning statements, Urban Forestry Group supplies detailed arboricultural, landscape and environmental plans to aid decision making and reduce the environmental impact for scheduled development proposals such as road improvement schemes residential, industrial and business development projects.
Our role is in providing a valuable input service for developers and planning consultants. We supply accurate site surveys and implication studies of environmental aspects involving: fauna, flora, soil, water quality, wildlife, landscape heritage and the interrelationship of these factors as a set of positive and negative effects that can be used to forecast and assess specified effects on the development environment.
Combined with a site description and intended land use; planned measures are put forward to re-structure any identified negative and often neglected values into positive sustainable environmental planning proposals.
