History:

Between 1987 – 2004 extensive tree surgery and landscape contracting experience was gained involving a wide variety of both commercial and residential contracts; using a range of specialist plant, timber haulage and equipment. We were as contractors commissioned to undertake ‘risk assessed’ tree felling, thinning, pruning, and extraction work including re-landscaping business settings and residential gardens. This involved local planning authorities, property developers, businesses and homeowners.

In 2005 the Urban Forestry Group was designed and integrated AutoCAD software into their business IT systems progressively developing their technical drawing and report writing skills making a transition from land based contracting services to arboricultural, landscape design and urban design consultants.

Present Day:

The BS: 5837 tree survey and landscape design services we provide are accurate, well presented, reasonably priced with great customer service throughout and after the project; providing you with all the required detail for your final site layout proposal, to accompany your planning application. We operate throughout the Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside areas.

The Next 6 Months:

Over the few months you see the website updated with the existing Design Area page changing into a Project Gallery page, with detailed examples of the variety of work we undertaken. We will be providing 28 days payment terms with full use of the survey, designs and reports in CAD and PDF formats for all commercial projects. We will be offering new services for Bat, Habitat and Ecological Surveys and making things easier for you to get the information you require when you need it.
